WCP Enrique R. Piñigol joined RC Mandaluyong East in October, 2012. Before assuming the presidency, he served as Membership Chair in RY2013-14; and as VP in RY2014-15. During the Awards & Recognition Night on June 27, 2015, at Crowne Plaza Hotel, RCME got the following awards: 1. Presidential Citation Award, Gold, conferred by RI Pres. K.R. ravindran & DG Jun Abellar; 2. Outstanding Club for RY2015-16;3. Best Website for RY2015- 16; 4. Award for “Operation Libre Tuli”, implemented in partnership with RC Southern Cabanatuan. Other accomplishments were as follows:
DISEASE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT. Organized BLOODLETTING activity “Dugo Mo, Buhay Ko” for the benefit of the Armed Forces of the Philippines on September 11, 2015; donated P20,000 worth of Blood Pressure Digital Monitors and Glucometers to the Senior Citizen Association of Barangka Drive, on August 12, 2015, and to Saniboy Seniors Association of Barangay Hulo on September 13,2015.
