WCP Enrique R. Piñigol joined RC Mandaluyong East in October, 2012. Before assuming the presidency, he served as Membership Chair in RY2013-14; and as VP in RY2014-15. During the Awards & Recognition Night on June 27, 2015, at Crowne Plaza Hotel, RCME got the following awards: 1. Presidential Citation Award, Gold, conferred by RI Pres. K.R. ravindran & DG Jun Abellar; 2. Outstanding Club for RY2015-16;3. Best Website for RY2015- 16; 4. Award for “Operation Libre Tuli”, implemented in partnership with RC Southern Cabanatuan. Other accomplishments were as follows: DISEASE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT. Organized BLOODLETTING activity “Dugo Mo, Buhay Ko” for the benefit of the Armed Forces of the Philippines on September 11, 2015; donated P20,000 worth of Blood Pressure Digital Monitors and Glucometers to the Senior Citizen Association of Barangka Drive, on August 12, 2015, and to Saniboy Seniors Association of Barangay Hulo on September 13,2015.
Sherwin Bryan L. Lu
It was on June 27, 2012, during the Club Turn-Over Rites, held at Lancaster Hotel Manila, that Bryan Lu was inducted by incoming Peace Builder President, Ronald Lim. Thus Bryan Lu is considered as the first recruit in the presidency of Ronald Lim. Bryan was elected as president-nominee during the term of Anthony Catajan, and ultimately assumed Club presidency in his 25th months as Rotarian.

President Ronald was recruited by PP Jesse Cruz, in 2004, to join RC Mandaluyong East. But soon, business commitments consumed his time that he resigned from the club in 2006. He rejoined the club in 2010, on the day PP Prime was inducted as its 26th president. Pres. Ronald concentrated in sustainable service projects related to Rotary’s areas of focus: Peace and conflict prevention/ resolution, Disease prevention and treatment, Water and sanitation, Maternal and child health, Basic education and literacy, and Economic and community development.
